Providence Canyon

We took the girls up Prov. Canyon Friday night to go camping.  When we got there, we saw these coke 2 liter bottles that were hanging upside down around the camp site. We were a little nervous to what they were. As we sat around camp, humming birds would fly from one bottle to the next. It was really kinda cool, even though I hate birds.

Bridget working on her spelling with Dad.

One of the humming birds getting water.
Bridget doing her fake yarn that she was trying to say that she was tired and ready to "go to bed" just so that she could play in the tent.

 Helping Dad with the fire.
Bridget ready for our hike to the waterfall.
 Off we go.
The massive road damage for why the road is closed.
Enjoying the hike on a newly made trail.
 Kaitlyn enjoying her ride.

Our stopping point when the trail ended and we would have had to jump the rushing water with the kids. (also when Kaitlyn fell on a stick and scratched up her eye....and yes I was in the middle of a "cheesey" face when Josh took the picture)
What Josh jumped the river to see, to decide if we should continue.

Kaitlyn had it rough.

When we got back down to camp, we ate lunch and then packed up and went home to a nice warm shower!

Looks like fun! So do you guys live in Providence? Other than family reunions we have yet to go camping this year!
