Big Blue Born 1968, died October 24, during a four hour surgery. He fought a long courageous battle of Rust-itis.
Big Blue was a very strong, reliable, and fun ride, transporter, and the occasional therapist.
He endured many upgrades over the years, including a few new engines, new paint, tread, a new rear end, and new smoke pipes.
Big Blue loved to play in the mud, climb hills and rocks, and even became the location of a first kiss.

Although Big Blue may seem gone to some people, parts of him will forever remain with us.

Thanks Big Blue, for one heck of a RIDE!

So Proud.

Although our neighbors may think that we are the local junk collectors, Josh is turning the "rust" to "gold" almost as fast as he's dragging it all home. I have decided that as long as it's moving, and not just sitting, then I am winning. I think HE thinks, as long as money is being handed to him, HE's winning... So pretty much it's a WIN WIN situation!

I'm just praying it keeps on moving!

Just keep Tinkering, just keep tinkering!

More Progression

The project continues... (which is GOOD!) Josh has been working on his truck project pretty much all summer. He finally, as of yesterday, got rid of a bulk of it, and hauled the frame of the Yellow truck to the scrap yard. He had been selling parts too, which we have been greatful for his "2nd job".

After taking the body of the yellow truck, he finally got started on undoing the cab and bed of the blue truck. Luckily he has a few people that are wanting to take it this week. (fingers crossed)

Although the "project" seems like we have met the middle point of the adventure, Josh couldn't resist hauling home MR. GREEN!

I have yet to see a production dead line, But I too am excited!
(...for the project to be complete!)
