What's New, Cupcake?

Today we are having a surprise birthday party for the activity day girls.  I was in charge of cupcakes, I hadn't tried any more of the cutesie ones out of my What's New,Cupcake? book that Mom gave me for my birthday last year.  So I figured, these sundaes would be fun.  Bridget helped me find the candies, bake the cupcakes, and attempted at decorating.
