We had a splash party with her cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandpas.
Ofcoarse she was spoiled once again. She got a baby from mom and dad, which she wont ever put down. Some needed clothes, and lots of toys and art stuff!
Her cake took a few beatings, from the wind knocking things over on it, and Bridget taking the dots off before the party.
We played with water balloons and water guns. I think later, Landon broke out the hose.
I think everyone got at least a little wet. Thanks for coming and celebrating Bridget with us!
Happy Birthday little girl!! We love you!

2 year mile"stone"?
Bridget and Lucy are turning two. As I was lounging around the hot house today, I was thinking about her birthday. I thought, well, maybe now I can convince Melanie and Lucy to come with Bridget and I to pierce the girls ears. She agreed and without the fathers knowing, this is how the day happened.

Things kids say.
So today Bridget and I were walking around the block with one of our neighbors who was in my nursery class last year. She kept saying things were cute, like the water balloons that I filled up, and the stray dog that was wandering through my yard, and the fuzzy dried dandelions that were in the neighbors yard, but when we were walking, Bridget took off running in front of us and Cheyenne(the girl) giggles and says:
"I didn't know Jesus made her (Bridget) cute!"

Our 4th Weekend
Our Fourth started with going to the Cache Valley Cruise-In to check out the cars at the car show. Bridget found her favorite when we first got there.
This Boss was pretty cool. Totally overhauled, stretched and raked. And we all thought the Lamborghini was cool.
After the show and anticipating the stadium fireworks, Josh and Bridget had to light up their own. Bridget loved her snaps and didn't know what to think of the snakes... And of course Josh had some bottle rockets!
At the fireworks, we saw a Monkey!
Just kidding, it was just mom/grandma!
We had a lot of fun hanging out with Landon, Kylie, Mandi, Ryan and their kids.
There was a really cool Military fly over, We thought it was pretty cool!!!
When it got dark, the show began... It was a pretty good show, other than the worries of wind and rain, and the audio issues... we loved it!
The next day (4th) We headed to the famous Hyrum Parade. Bridget figured out that if you wave, they throw the candy to you, so she was workin' it!
After the P-rade, we went to Josh's parents for a BBQ. Bridget had fun in the water playing with the cousins. I think Josh was a little excited about the water balloons that Heather brought.
Our eventful day continued back at the car show in hopes of winning the give-a-way car. They had to draw 4 tickets, before the winner was awarded. Unfortunatly, it wasn't us.
We hurried back up to main street to watch all the cars "rumble".
And back to Wellsville for Poppies fireworks!
Finally after the day was over, I think all three of us could have slept for 12 hours... Oh wait... Bridget DID!

Vaca.
So we were blessed to share my sister & my parents time share with them this year. So our family vacation was in Park City.
We got to The Canyons Friday evening about an hour before anyone else, so we ended up walking around the grounds and checking out the pools, and all the luxuries.
That night mom and dad were in charge of dinner and I don't think we ate until about 9:30 because of bag being dropped and other unpacking that needed to be done. Although it was late, it was still good.
Melanie had made Lucy and Tierra night gowns and surprised Bridget with one to match! Unfortunatly, Tierra didn't get her picture taken with them.
Saturday morning we were anxious to hit the pool and get a tan... in fact Josh was so excited he cannon balled into the 3' pool making him a cripple all week!
Everyone else besides us were going to spend the day at Heritage Park, but Melanie and Nick's car died on them on the way after hitting a "bump" and wouldn't start up. In fact, they didn't even leave the parking garage! So, everyone just hung out in the pool and played Wii and Rockband.
Melanie was born to Karaoke! and Ryan has such an "angelical voice" at Rockband (according to Josh)
Monday, we went to the Olympic Park where Josh went down the Extreme Zip line with Mandi, Landon and Ryan. Josh was last.
We went down the Silver streak (?) slide. It was pretty "quick" alright! I was really upset that Bridget couldn't ride this one with us.
After the slide, we headed over to the Bobsled track to watch Dad, Landon and Ryan go down 68 miles per hour in 1 minute, 2.78 seconds!
Mom and Mandi went to the store and came back with something for Josh...
Tuesday, Me, Josh, Landon and Ryan went to the IMAX to see Transformers while Grandma, Grandpa and Mandi took the kids to Kennacott Copper Mine. (Dad's always wanted to go.) The kids had a great time! After the Movie, they met up with us and we ate at the Myan (and Bridget played in their flowers).
I remember it being SOO much better. But it still was a fun day.
Wednesday Josh, Bridget and I went to Main Street while everyone else went to the Outlets.
The Trolly kept going up and down the road. Bridget and I stuck out our thumbs and bummed a ride... Mike was our driver! My friend from Washington! Bridget got to ring the bell, but I don't think she was real excited about it!
After Main Street, we met back up with everyone at the Park City Mountain Resort to play.
We went through their "maze" that was supposed to take 45 minutes. ...it took us about 1 minute! Mom got our money back!
Josh and I got to each take Bridget down the Alpine Slide. I think she was a little scared at first when I took her down, but when she went with Josh, he said she was saying "WEEE!"
It must have been a long hot day, cause Bridgee came home , stripped and went for the food!
It was a GREAT vacation, thanks to Mom, Dad, Mandi and Ryan, but I think we can all say, "we are glad to be HOME!
